Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any order shipped within the contiguous United States. To begin a return, please email: returns@marchharewatches.com
Items must be received back within 30 days of their delivery date in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full return. Watches must be received back in their original packaging.
Return Window
Items returned less than 30 days after their delivery date will be credited at item price back to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including shipping or restocking fees).
Refunds
Once our warehouse receives your return, their team will inspect the item within 5-10 business days. If the item passes our quality check, we'll process a refund for the product cost, minus the restocking fee. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that the 5-10 business day processing window is standard for our fulfillment center and unfortunately cannot be expedited.
Return Fees
Please note that March Hare charges a $20 restocking fee for all US returns, which will be deducted from your refund. As a small brand, this fee is necessary to support our e-commerce operations. We do not charge the restocking fee for exchanges.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from purchasers located outside of the contiguous United States.
Exchanges
Exchanges are complimentary for all U.S. customers within 30 days of purchase. The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.

Price Adjustments
- A discount or promo code was used on the original order
- The order was placed more than five days ago
- The order was placed on a third-party website such as Facebook or Instagram
