When Will My Order Ship?
Please allow three business days for your order to ship after you receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified by an email with tracking information when it is sent out for delivery. All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York.
U.S. Shipping Rates
March Hare offers complimentary shipping for all U.S. orders over $99. For orders under $99, we charge a a $7 shipping fee.
U.S. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for all U.S. orders. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Please note that if an expedited shipping method is selected, delays can still occur that are out of our control and we are not able to guarantee that your package will arrive by a certain date. Please take this into consideration when placing an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges if the order was shipped with the selected shipping method within 3 business days of receipt.
International Shipping Policy
As of August 2024, we ship to the following countries outside of the United States:
Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
All international orders ship via UPS. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout after selecting your shipping country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Duties, taxes and additional custom fees are collected at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and fees and will be charged at the time of order delivery. March Hare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items shipped outside of the United States.
March Hare cannot accept responsibility for any International packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Order Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email will include a UPS or USPS tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@marchharewatches.com with your name & order number, and we will look into it.
